Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Realert, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms shown inside the app or by the app store.
If you do not agree, do not use the app. Google Play downloads, updates, purchases, refunds, reviews, and device compatibility remain subject to Google Play terms and policies.
Account and security
You are responsible for the activity under your account, keeping your sign-in method secure, and providing accurate account or support information.
We may suspend, restrict, or remove an account or app access when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, enforce these terms, or maintain service integrity.
App-specific rules
Realert depends on Android notification access. The app can only capture notifications delivered after permission is granted and cannot guarantee recovery of every deleted message, media item, or voice note.
Do not use notification history to violate another person's privacy, commit harassment, bypass workplace or school rules, or access content you are not allowed to view.
Ads and third-party services
The app may show ads through Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, or mediation partners. Ads, SDKs, app stores, device platforms, and external links are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
Do not interfere with ad delivery, rewards, measurement, consent flows, security checks, or device identifiers.
Ownership and user content
Diouane Entertainment owns or licenses the app, website text, artwork, app names, software, design, and related materials, except for third-party trademarks and content.
If you submit content, messages, reports, feedback, profile information, or support material, you keep any rights you already have but grant us the permissions needed to host, display, moderate, process, translate, back up, improve, and support the app.
Service changes and availability
Features, content, ads, levels, communities, account systems, and availability may change, pause, or end without prior notice.
The app is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, recovery of all data, specific ad availability, specific rewards, or compatibility with every device or third-party app.
Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Diouane Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party conduct.
